Smell – such a luxurious sense. The world offers the scent of sweet, oily donuts, creamy leather shoes, a mowed lawn, easily, like they're worth nothing. But Love and Deepspace players are now learning the true value of smell now that their brother's armpit is clean. Too clean.
The hit sci-fi otome RPG recently released Ver. 5.0, a massive expansion that adds a customizable home for your protagonist and one of her five love interests to play traditional Chinese instruments in – among other activities, like take a hot shower. But players have noticed their boyfriends Zayne, Rafayel, Xavier, Sylus, and Caleb spend a troubling amount of time in there.

"I thought my Rafayel was glitched because he keeps bathing and showering," says another reply. "He doesn't even spend time with me anymore. just using up all my cleanser!"
But it isn't only Rafayel – the merman artist with the heart of a boy and ass of a betta fish – who's been excessively sudsing. In another Reddit thread with over 2,000 upvotes, a Love and Deepspace player bemoans the fact that sadistic dragon mob boss Sylus "won't stop showering/taking baths."
"YOU'RE CLEAAAAAAN," they remind him, while a commenter begs Sylus to "stop getting rid of the pheromones."
I know I'm in the minority here, but I actually don't mind that my fighter pilot boyfriend Caleb, who drugged and kidnapped me and was considered my step-brother in East Asia and childhood friend in North America – though he may actually have been my blood relative all along – takes a few bubble baths here and there. Perhaps, through purification, he will no longer ambiguously be my step-brother.
